People don’t get enough exercise and people need energy so if you have lots of bicycles, a ferris wheel, cords, control booth, a energy storage and a lot of people/passersby you could make a ferris wheel that’s powered by bikes and than all of the the extra energy goes to a storage and then when the storage is filled (or mostly filled) a car comes and transports it to someplace that needs it!
