Fun way of crushing cans or plastic containers while exercising those biceps and triceps. You can do it solo or with a friend. Just insert the materials into the box, close the lid, turn the handles and watch them get crushed through the transparent Plexiglas. Once the materials have been fully crushed to your content, just release the latch for them to be dumped in the recycling bin. Can also be re-configured to use your legs for those cycling enthusiasts.
