This piggy bank is like your dog or your cat, it is alive and it needs you to take care of it. When it is moved or randomly, when it senses that somebody is around, it gets sad and calls your attention because it needs to be fed. For doing that, its owner has to feed it with a small random amount of money that will be taken from the credit card. The idea is that the owner has to take care of it, but at the same time, it will save money for you and put it in a separate savings account. This way, at the end of the month you'll always have some money you saved because of taking care of it.
