The idea is pretty simple: Taking some bins and dressing them up in silly (green?) monster costumes and placing them around the city (parks?). When people get close to one, the monster's mouth opens to allow people to 'feed' it (throw garbage in). It works with a motion sensor that triggers an engine to open the monster's mouth. It could also play some sounds to get attention. You can even park your VW next to it and the monster will keep the villains away. Ninjas too. Inskickad av Levi.
